What is the total scope of our work and service offerings
Firstly you would need to open an account with us then you can hire telephonically, via email or whatsapp.
We have multiple ways to make contact and place your order or hire request.
Firstly a completed application form with all supporting documentation as per the requirements. Ie. Directors ID’s, Companies Proof of Bank Account , Companies Proof of Address.
We do not offer the traditional 30-day account facility however we do offer larger deposit values that allow as credit that we utilize for the account and hiring process which requires top-up payments in order to maintain a credit balance. The higher the credit given the more discount allocated to the account.
We request credit paid per site location and/or project. The figure we ask is purely dependent on the client.
We start our credit facility in the following structures:
COD – Upfront Deposit and Hire (Deposit refunded upon equipment return and assessment).
R20,000-00 Upfront Credit to cover both deposit and hire costs. This option grants a 2.5% Discount on hire rates.
R50,000-00 Upfront Credit to cover both deposit and hire costs. This option grants a 5% Discount on hire rates.
R100,000-00 Upfront Credit to cover both deposit and hire costs. This option grants a 7.5% Discount on hire rates.
As the credit values run out we request a top-up prior to account balance reaching zero to ensure continued supply on site.
Credit values are determined by project size and frequency of top-up payments preferred.
Upon inception we require up to 72hrs in order to setup a complete vender supply in site location.
Depending on nature of equipment and volumes this may be shorter but never guaranteed.
Site requests will be responded to within 1 hour.
Equipment turn around times will depend on volumes needed, urgency needed and nature of equipment.
Equipment can be delivered as fast as 30min from confirmed availability, T&C’s apply.
All communication will be confirmed in writing prior to actioning any verbal request.
Our services offered are in short any and all Construction related equipment from small plant to large plant.
We even arrange site clearance and Site demolitions if needed and much more…
